I have an awful headache this aft – do you know ona was taken sick the very day you all left & I tell you I have had a hard old time of it, it seemed to me I had to be every where at the same time, dining room, kitchen & [Mn’s ?] room. How ever I have pulled through some way & I wish you could see whats left of me — poor tiny 108 lbs — Well of course the wedding is all the talk now, I saw Mike & will get the things & bring when I come. I have not heard positively who I am to stand with, though Mamie said she thought Dr Morgan. Do write me th very minute you get this tell me every thing. I have not touched my dress yet & that’s not the worst of it, I dont know when I will get to touch it. Ma is not able to be up yet, so you all I will have a hard chance. I am so glad Mamie is to be married in [dream ?] I begged her to wear a veil, but she wont do it if I dont think. I wish she would she would look lovely under a thin white veil. Did Mr Walker ask Billy to serve him? How many ushers Emma was coming up last week to get her dress, when is she coming? Tell her if you see her to come on. I think Fannie will come out when I do.
