Margaret, My Dear Little Girl:
I get your card each day. Was hoping however that you would send me a letter pretty soon, and tell me all the news. We had some winter here yesterday. The coldest of record down here and various other places know as winter resorts. It is some better today though. Good enough for a sun bath a little before two. As you probably know they sun boards are walled in and the wind couldn’t hit them. Lots of autos over today and a good many on the sun board and quite a few going in as we left. Kiss you Mamma and the loved ones at home for me. Give Shuman my love as well as your little Governor. Don’t fail to write me how Harold’s doing. Devotedly, Your Father, W. W. B [ followed by what appears to be a scribble, but on closer examination I’m pretty sure is a handwritten WWB monogram]
