Dear Etta
I write to let you know that we are all in our usual health. Today has been a big day here a good many persons attended the Exhibition it was very short have not heard much from it Mr. Reid preaches here on tomorrow the church then will decide about there preacher, Mr. Craig will preach on Sunday (none of us went out today) your Grand Ma is here now will remain until after the first Sunday. Miss Sallie will not go home until Sunday afternoon, we are all looking anxiously for you & Fannie next friday do try and get your Aunt E_ to come with you. Doshia Stewart will be in Greenville tomorrow and will call to see you, be shure and be at home. When you come I will tell you all the news Miss Sue Hall is visiting Mr. Randall. she & Miss Plue called on me yesterday afternoon. she has been to Atlanta on a visit, your Pa has bought another buggy so you can have a ride when you come home, Etta do try and improve every moment, you know when you come home every eye will be on you. Bettie is just as bad as she can be, always crying and fussing.
