This mailing includes various items available for inclusion in your tournament program page makeup. There is no requirement that all or any part of it be used. It is merely sent to you in order that you will have it on hand for use if desired.
PLEASE RETURN ALL PHOTOGRAPHS TO THIS OFFICE IMMEDIATELY UPON COMPLETION OF YOUR TOURNAMENT.
This office will continue to encourage Department Chairmen to make properly-identified pictures of teams participating in your tournament available as early as possible. We will appreciate a close report of performance to meet your needs.
National Headquarters needs 100 copies of the finished program, as well as any other materials your committee produces, to acquaint the National Americanism Commission with your efforts.
